I am fascinated with people, trends, culture, and what makes things popular, beautiful, or engaging. My passion is making the world a better place by disrupting broken processes and finding solutions that get to the root of problems. I thrive off creating experiences that people love and bringing to life ideas that create paradigm shifts in the way people use technology.
I am a trend spotter, brand strategist, tech geek, design junkie, people watcher, media nerd, and innovation lover, in pursuit of spicing up ze world.
I graduated from UCLA with an Honors degree in Communications and Business Economics (Bruin for life!) which means I get nerdy real fast if you start talking behavioral economics, sociology, mass media, and culture. I had a blast leading the UCLA Advertising & Marketing Team towards winning 2nd at Regionals for Coca-Cola. Since then, I’ve been at Disney Interactive Studios, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Ignition Entertainment, and a strategic consultant for Midnight Oil Creative, TVGLA, and Culture of Future.
I also love volunteering with innovative nonprofit organizations. Currently on call for BUILD, which empowers underprivileged youth towards entrepreneurism and education. Will forever be an Awesome Foundation member at heart, after helping to start the LA Chapter as Dean in 2011 and funding amazing projects like The Compton Jr. Posse and Random Swings of Joy. Met some amazing people trying to end human trafficking and promote sustainable fashion at Freedom and Fashion, where I helped promote the organization as Marketing Director.
In 2012, I worked with an incredible team to win the AT&T Mobile Health App Hackathon in San Diego, leading the UX, brand, and strategy, collaborating with amazing code geniuses to develop a prototype in 24 hrs.
Currently at JWT - Digitaria in San Diego, working on awesome digital ideas overlooking the ocean with my Nerf-gun toting coworkers and always recommending ramen or burritos for lunch. I love food, travel, and Instagramming food and travel.
